I am a certified executive coach and leadership development facilitator with over 25 years of experience in business consultation, supporting senior leaders in high-stakes, fast-moving environments. I work with CEOs and executive teams who want to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact—especially in moments of complexity and change.

Alongside one-to-one coaching, I design and deliver executive training workshops that are inclusive, highly engaging, and grounded in real-world application. My programs are built for leaders who value practical insight —combining strategic frameworks, peer dialogue, and immediately actionable tools that translate directly to the boardroom and the business.

Before coaching, I held senior roles in Canada’s advertising industry, working across major media networks and global holding companies in support of North American teams. My career spans broadcast negotiation, media strategy, client consulting, new business development, and executive onboarding. I’ve partnered with iconic brands including Tim Hortons, Dyson, Kraft, and Johnson & Johnson, and bring firsthand experience navigating performance pressure, competing priorities, and complex stakeholder dynamics.

As a coach and facilitator, I serve as a trusted thinking partner—helping leaders challenge assumptions, navigate difficult conversations, strengthen executive presence, and expand leadership scope. Beyond my professional work, I am a long-time mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto. I live in Toronto with my family and recharge through time in nature, walks with our dog, Chance, and time with family and friends.
